Family gathering

It was so wonderful to be in a large kitchen and sitting around a long table, plenty of room for everyone. 2 living room areas, a deck, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen, relaxing hot tub under the stars, gas bbq and gas fire pit, trails for walking/ bike riding,just a block or two away

Epic Location, Spacious and Comfortable

Edgewater July 2024
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe inside of the house was not as clean as we expected. The railing on the deck was not secure and posed a danger to our young children. The towels and shower curtains in the bathrooms were either dirty or old and stained.
The location of the house is great but the inside does not match the neighborhood or stand up to the surrounding houses. The interior of the house was shabby and not well maintained. This house needs some upkeep.
We are regular VRBO customers and this was the most disappointing rental we have every experienced. We would NOT recommend this rental to anyone.

Thank you for your review, as we take our reviews seriously. We did review the deck railing and noted that a decorative section of the railing is broken off. However, this does not pose risk to any person. The home is just as depicted on photos. Layout and design are accurate. ~Tahoe Rental Company

Not really worth the price

Hello Alonso! Thank you for your review. Staff did come out to alleviate the fridge issue the moment you called and made us aware. They also provided a back up fridge and coolers. There is no AC in that home, as is the case with 99% of homes in Tahoe. Extra fans were provided, as there was no air conditioning to begin with that could have faltered. We were and remain available seven days a week to help. We did not hear anything else from you after dispatching staff to help with the fridge. We appreciate you allowing us to host your time in Tahoe. Take care!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we did not have a great relationship with this group as they appeared to have a party at the home. When informed about damage, the guest proceeded to tell us about them breaking a chair on the deck, and now added more, on her review. We are sure to complete a full review of the home to assure all future guests have a wonderful stay. This home is fantastic, with great views, perfect location to town, beaches, skiing, etc. ~Tahoe Rental Company

Great stay!
Publié le 10 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayMy coworkers and I booked this VRBO and it was conveniently located on the water with great views. Everyone was able to get their own room, which was a plus. Parking was also convenient since it is in front of the house with minimal shoveling needed - even given the recent storms. We also didn't run into any issues during the stay - we will definitely book this VRBO again next year!

Lake Tahoe
Publié le 12 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house is older and outdated and the pictures online are a bit deceiving. The living room is separate from the kitchen and the kitchen is super small. The sliding doors in the living room were a bit on the rough side. I like that the master room downstairs had its own AC unit. There's 3 rooms upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs. Overall, our stay was nice and we enjoyed each other's company.

Anna, we are glad to hear you had a nice stay. While this house does keep it's rustic persona, we hope you were able to enjoy a sunset on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. Please do come visit Lake Tahoe again!
