malgré une réservation confirmée et payée d'avance, l'hotel était fermé jusqu'au lendemain soir!

A new low. This room has the bare minimum ... a throwback to a cheap 1950's motel. My room came with two beds, a dresser, a fridge and microwave, spotty television (kept freezing or just crashing) and (unbelievably) exactly one inconveniently located electrical outlet. What it lacked was a bedside lamp, adequate television reception, housekeeping (no cleaning for a two night stay) and a usefully functioning front desk (very limited hours). It feels like a cash cow at the guests' expense.

City workers used the parking lot as a staging area and ran jack hammers and quickie saws all night. Understanding that this is unavoidable when it comes to construction but would have been considerate of the staff to at least warn customers of the situation. Additionally the staff was minimal and not friendly at all with no hours of the front door posted. Furthermore, I locked my key in the room after hours and called the emergency number they had posted, left a message and never got a call back to see if i was able to renter my room! Will not stay there again.

I will be contacting you via phone for a refund. This hotel was awful, my employees refused to stay here and I had to relocate them to another hotel. This was antiquated, dirty and the room had a foul, mildew odor, the couch was stained. Just unacceptable, even for my 2 employees in the area for work. They would have preferred a motel 6 over this place.

It is disappointing to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our records indicate you were moved to a new suite as you requested A/C and we never heard anything further, We also never heard anything from expedia for a request for a refund. Our ooms are never dirty upon guest checkin and our team at Boatworks is consistantly striving to meet all guest expectations,

Easy No staff interaction, lock box, easy parking in front of door. Middle of town, walkable to everything. Old style motel, some upgrades, comfy beds!
