Wonderful stay; spacious, clean, good layout

The two masters are great, and the kids enjoyed their own hideout--the loft area, which has twin bunk and a pull-out sofa, and TV. Very clean, and great communication with the owner from the instant I booked to the time I left. Feels more spacious than the photos, feels like a stand-alone home. A stone's throw from Tahoe Donner. Would definitely book here again!

Tidy condo close to skiing
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayCame with our family of 5 to find a cozy, well furnished condo with plenty of games, DVDs, loft lounge for the kids, and functional kitchen. Easily walked to the ski slopes (9 mins). Overall very happy with the condo. Only issue: Upstairs neighbor unfriendly and inconsiderate, hopefully you can avoid her!

Thanks for your kind review, and glad that you (overall) enjoyed your stay. With regards to our neighbor: there was a miscommunication regarding parking. It could have been handled better all around. We have taken steps to remedy the instructions by adding photos and diagrams as you suggested.

Perfect Family Ski Getaway in Stunning Truckee Cabin

The kids were absolutely thrilled with the amazing amenities – they had so much fun they didn't want to leave! The cabin itself was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We loved that it was within walking distance of a smaller ski slope, perfect for our little ones to practice and build confidence. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this cabin to any family looking for a memorable ski vacation!

Kids had a blast

Nice condo in Tahoe Donner
Publié le 7 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat couple of days spent in Tahoe and this condo worked well for what we needed. Spacious (more spacious than the pictures represent) comfy and clean. Kids loved having half the garage as a playroom and we all enjoyed hiking to the cross country ski trails out back. We didn't spend much time inside and when we were inside, it's a little dark.

Great location

Great family vacation!
Publié le 22 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe are so grateful for Jame’s property! It was the perfect home away from home for our family’s first vacation since covid and our first time seeing snow. We are from Hawaii and spent many days in the backyard building snow people and sledding! James garage was well stocked with snow toys for the children. The playroom next to the kitchen was the kids’ favorite spot in the house! My apologies if my children were too loud for the neighbors. We got no complaints…but goodness, they were noisy and thoroughly enjoying themselves!! We also made great use of the gas fireplace, and the heated master bathroom. Sooo grateful as we were not used to the cold. Mahalo mahalo for the hospitality!!

Gracious and Accommodating hosts
