Cozy Swiss Lane

The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is great in the showers.The ceiling fans in every room helped keep the home cool. Cute cabin decor and the plethora of board games were a hit with the kids. The host was very receptive and helpful with a few a few things that came up. Communication was great! The carpets could benefit from a deep cleaning but the home is pet friendly so some stains are to be expected! If you are traveling with kids it’s worth to note that there are no kid-friendly dishes or cups. Otherwise, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean up meals. We enjoyed our time at Swiss Lane!

Thank you for your review. We will add some kid friendly dishes. Our kids have outgrown but a good reminder that a lot of our guests have little ones.

Great Tahoe Donner stay
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed staying at this property! It’s in a great location and convenient for everything in Truckee/Tahoe. We had a normal maintenance problem and Julie was quick to respond had someone out to the property to fix the problem ASAP. For winter, the driveway information in the posting is accurate and we appreciated the detailed instructions about the parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway
Publié le 7 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice cozy cabin nested in a good neighborhood yet connected with nature. The host is super responsive and helpful on anything that we needed during our stay.
We arrived and left between two snow storms so the kids were able to enjoy fresh powder and play in the front and back year. Cabin is well stocked with everything you need. A wood burning stove to keep warm and plenty of great views. Plenty of winter activities near by and a short drive from shops and restaurants.
Would defenitely come back.

Charming Tahoe Donner Cabin
Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayJulie's cabin is perfect for a casual, relaxing and wonderful stay in the mountains. The cabin is well equipped to ensure a very comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the open floorplan, as some cooked others watched TV. We enjoyed great dinners at the family style table, wonderful walks along the golf course, and easy access to the greater Tahoe area. It was a wonderful family cabin.

Perfect getaway!

At the same time, the neighborhood feels secluded and away from everything, a perfect combo. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, we had many great walks in the area. The backyard is a nice place to relax after a day of adventures.
Julie (host) was super responsive and helpful with any questions. She ensured our visit was a success and I would highly recommend staying here. This is great getaway!

Great spot and house
Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayAs my title suggests that location was excellent. The house was wonderful. My only complaint was that the interior had multiple spiders and spiderwebs that we were having to kill constantly.
