Dude serving last night was a dick to my wife and had attitude out of his ass. However the older Blonde lady a champion shame they employ foreign dickheads.

Friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Restaurant was great. Shared bathroom could do with updating. No where to put clothes in bathroom/ shower and no shower curtain on bath

Hotel was clean and room was fine. Lots of noise from road and other guests. Very little sleep was had.

Unfortunately from time to time we like all Motels will take in guests who will have a disregard for others comfort.
We are aware of the night you are referring to and are happy to offer compensation to you for a poor nights stay.

Thankfully these incidents are few and far between but do happen.
As soon as our Duty Manager was aware of the problem I believe he addressed it.

A little bit of an issue when we checked in but all fine after that... extensive restaurant menu and the food was great.
