We stayed here once years ago at a friend's recommendation. We have since recommended it to others. This time around we visited with our friends. It's quite a distance from the airport. The property looks a bit dated on the outside and the lounge chairs are a bit saggy. However, the updated rooms are clean and spacious, the lift lobby and the corridor look pleasant. All their staff were very polite and helpful. They have lived up to their promise - treat their guests like brothers.

It is the best stay during our 11 days trip in Taiwan. Hotel is good. Nice and convenience. Quite a lot of places to eat. Train station literally just there. Travelling is too convenience. There are shopping mall around there too. Raohe night market and Wu fen pu is 10-15 mins by Uber. The rest of the places all accessible by train. Really not a bad place to stay. I will not hesitate to stay there again on my next Taiwan trip. Staff is fantastic too. Very super pleasant 4 days stay with them. Love it.

Short comfortable stay

Good location to go on the MRT, lots of good restaurants nearby, and staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again. Might consider having more change in breakfast menu from day to day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was not luxurious or spacious, but it was nice, and the bathroom was clean. It is in a good location—right next to the MRT. Breakfast included is a plus. I will stay there again.
