Emplacement très bien, pratique, proche de la gare centrale. Tout le personnel est serviable et chaleureux(spécialement Manuel ) Malheureusement pour notre chambre il manque 1 table, 1 chaise, 1 rangement pour les vêtements ( pour nous qui avons séjourné 10 jours.) Pas de service de house keeping pendant 10 jours , contexte covid compréhensible mais gênant.

酒店在實行環保程序上,不清不楚,可能是 check-in時前台沒有解釋清楚,因此在客人要求服務時有點心理負擔,酒店內的員工大致上是不會主動跟人客有交流的,即使對上眼也不會主動打招呼。酒店最出眾的是兒童遊戲室及波波池。其他皆一般,酒店房間亦偏細,床褥偏軟,浴室地板有部分跣腳,如以旺季的價格入住,便完全不值了。

타이페이 메인역에서도 가깝고, 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 조식은 4층 카페테리아 사서 먹을수 있고, 샌드위치도 맛있어요

進入酒店,給予人開心快樂的感覺。在大堂有不同的小食提供,下午又有自助免費的荼點。又有休息區,可以安坐享受茶點。有渡假的感覺。

Good family-friendly hotel with playground and ballpit that the kids loved. Free snacks (chips and biscuits) and drinks (bottled water, coffee, tea). But that's about it as far as the "family-friendly" part goes, there are no children amenities in the room (such as slippers or bathrope or shower kit or token souvenirs or bed rails) in the room unlike some family-friendly hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is located in a tall building, with only two lifts serving floors from 14-38, of which half of them belong to a co-working space. Expect very long wait times for the lifts, and during one of the days where we stayed in, both were closed at the same time for maintenance and we had to wait for the employee lift which took even longer. Convenient location, very short walk to the Taipei Main Station or the airport metro. Lots of food options around.
