No welcome drink in the room. Rubbish is not collected..Blown bulb not replaced.Cleaning of room not conducted even if book for 3 days

The cleanliness and the overall facility need to be upgraded. Especially for the price that we paid around RM300 per night. Feel cheated paying that price for facilities and service of a budget hotel.
Noisy due to located near main road. No parking provided.

Totally a disappointment. Very different from the advertised picture. The room is dirty & still has hairs on the bed and pillows. Very noisy at night due to being near to main road. The location is far from the town. Definitely not coming back.
