Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk.

Good location next to Taiping Lake. Couldn't find a room elsewhere.Wouldn't recommend to fussy people.

Convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a nearby food corner.

Staying in Pearl inn is wonderful. The building is new and sparkling clean. The only cons is the noise during the night . Lots of cars and motorcycles noise can be heard during night cos it's located just in front of lake garden.
