Great stay and convenient location!
Posted Nov. 30, 2019 on HotelsGood sized rooms and friendly staff throughout our stay. This hotel is in a great location and there is a mall across the road which is quite convenient. Grand Dining on 27th floor is exquisite!

WE CHECKED IN AT 5PM ON 5TH AND THE COUTER TOLD US THE ROOM IS NOT READY FOR US AND WE HAVE COMPLAINED AND AT LAST THEY ABLE TO PROVIDE US A ROOM. ONCE WE ENTER THE ROOM WE NOTICE THE WINDON IS FACING A GRAVE AND WE ARE EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED.

Pleasant stay
