mattress was musty, overpriced but overall great stay for a ryokan!

Thank you for selecting our inn as your accommodation. We regret to inform you that upon our inspection, we did not find any signs of mold on the mattress. It is possible that the scent in the room may have been mistaken for mold; however, it is worth noting that the particular smell in our tatami rooms is due to the presence of rattan, not mold. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may have caused you and we value your feedback. Should you have any further comments or notice any areas that require attention, please do not hesitate to inform us. 不太喜歡此旅館服務
Publié le 13 févr. 2024 sur Hotels此住宿旅店非常不方便,需要每次更換拖鞋才可以轉其他座,本此住宿是另一座的2階,3個行李需要不停更換鞋和提取上樓梯,另外露天風侶在另一邊,需要在露天落雪-2度非常寒冷的情況步行過去才可入浴,本此住宿的房間有2個地方不足,浴室內的抽氣扇是壞的,另外,房間的冷暖空調沒法提供暖房服務,早餐的指示非常不清楚,櫃台小姐有說請拿取有房號的早餐,但所有早餐盒並沒有房號及指示如何放回。
