The hotel was clean and cozzy. It was very close to the train, bus station , and popular places must see inTakayama. Staffs were also friendly and spoke English. Two thumbs up.

The hosts were super kind and friendly, and the rooms, bathrooms were super clean. The common area is cozy and perfect to have a talk with people staying in the same hostel. It’s also really central and a2 min walk from the main station

Amazing Hostel in Takayama!
This was our first time to stay in a hostel, it was cosy and felt like living in someone else's house instead of a hotel. Staff were very hospitable and accommodating. Luggage can be kept before check in and after check out. Common areas were clean and did not feel cramped. When we were there, all guests followed the hostel policies. There was a common refrigerator where you can keep your food, just label it well. There was free brewed coffee in the morning at 7:00-10:00am. Instant coffee and tea were also provided 24 hours. You can use the kitchen to cook food, just clean up after. Very near JR Takayama station and the Nohi Bus Center

Beutiful decor. Comfortable lounge area. Very clean. I really liked the privacy in the beds in the dorm And the staff were FANTASTIC!! So so helpful It felt more like a spa than a hostel at times. Highly recommended

Nice hostel except that there is no lift to the lobby area so with big suitcase, it was quite troublesome. Other than that, our stay was pretty good.

Loved the traditional feel of this hostel, had a double room and it was very spacious, very comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Easy to access old town area and the main tourist sights, as well as a short walk to the train station
