I had a horrible experience at this hotel, I reserved a wheelchair accessible room and I even called a head of time to make sure it was accessible, I was told it was. When I arrived it was the total opposite, they didn’t reserve it nor did they have any accessible rooms left. my wheelchair (which is compact, smaller than most wheelchairs) couldn’t fit through the door, I was shown 3 separate rooms all of which were not accessible I finally settled with one with a king size bed because the restroom had a little more space so I was able to fit my wheelchair halfway in leaving the door open. Also their lobby restrooms DO NOT HAVE any wheelchair accessible restrooms. More so, the person at the front desk insulated me by trying to weasel his way out by saying that I had misread and booked the wrong room, he stoped saying that after I showed him the email confirmation showing that it said wheelchair accessible. I asked to speak to a manager several times that night and the next day which her employee said would be in and she was a no show. I called Hetal Chauhan 4 times, was never there nor did I get a response. (That is the manager there). I will never ever stay here again nor any Days Inn because their quality and reliability of a decent stay has gone way down. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, I travel a lot and have never been in such a lousy place. Also they control the AC and shut it off on you to save money. It is literally hot and muggy there
