What i didnt like at all. Still highly pissed because a Reserved a room in. Tallahasse,Fla . On my family got there around midnight of June 16 2024, couldnt even go in building. Greeted by some creepy look Iooking security guy sittting outside in a chair who told us they didnt have any more rooms even though reserved it and ti take it us with Howard Johnson. In doing that , they used alll sorts of polich reasons & Refused to refund my money $80 or so and firced my Family to sleep incar that nite. Bad Busness If you Reserve a room , you got get a room or your money back. Just that simple . I dont want to here bout aĺ your coporates, I want my money back so send it to me. You got my address.

Posted Jun. 23, 2024 on HotelsWe did not even stay! It was nasty and questionable activities occurring in the parking lot. I would rate this place as one step above living under a bridge. It smelled like urine and a thick pot! Hair on the Toilet, itched from only the odor! Just NASTY!

Staff and manager anre unprofessional. The room itself was clean. No hot water. No Tv. Toilet could not flush and there were no towels. Outlets halfway work. I would rate this hotel a 0 if I could. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a hotel.oh there is no working cable or wifi

This property is not safe for anyone to stay in , the whole property has garbage and old bed frams and dirty mattress everywhere, the room smells black mold , mattress dirty and soiled base of mattress the same , i couldnt touch anything in the room , windows holding by some falling apart caulk and room lock falling apart , shower has electrical wires from a rusty without cover fan hanging in the shower .
It is a hundred times cleaner and safer to sleep in your car if you have to instead of trying to sleep in that hotel .
I have no idea how they are in business .

There was no table or chair in room. The lobby smelled like moisture. The other room that they tried to check me into with a chair; the door didn’t function probably. I asked for reverse payment and the clerk agreed and said it was reversed. I had to check into a completely different hotel.

Check in said 3pm online, we got there and it was 4pm. No public restroom in the lobby, thankfully they let me use the staff one. Staff was friendly, however pictures on the site are completely different from what the room actually looks like. Holes in the walls, bedding is obviously old and worn, box spring was filthy, pillows not comfortable. Supposed to be 2 queens and it was 2 fulls. Roaches not as bad as other reviews, however they were still there. We made sure to keep everything zipped up and checked out stuff before putting it back in our car. You can tell staff is trying. It was definitely a get what you pay for type stay.
