The price gouging that goes on for parents weekend is rediculous!!! 600 per night!! Desantis shuold look in to this like he did to Disney!

We were visiting for parents weekend and requested a late check out and were told no, the manager did not want to offer late checkouts to anyone. Great customer service price gouging for the weekend and then not being accommodating.

For parents weekend we had over 85% of the hotel checking out which does make it challenging to accommodate all requests. We hope you understand and look forward to seeing you soon.
