The parking was a little inconvenient for the room we were in. Otherwise the property was ok if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower.

The room had visible dirt and filth. There were also many cockroaches in the room.

Don’t be fooled by the photos or LaQuinta name. It is dirty and run down.

Property looks nothing like the pictures online. Toilet was leaking from behind the tank, yellowed toilet seat, lamps had chipped paint, garbage under the bed. Walls were poorly patched from holes.

I didn’t have high expectations based on all the reviews I read, so it was as expected. Old, rundown property, rusty old bathtub and toilet, tiny roaches. Luckily we didn’t see any bedbugs, and they did fix their hot water issue, so that was good. The linens were old and dirty, not that they didn’t wash them, they probably did, but they are just so old that it’s impossible to get them cleaned.
Overall we just needed a place to sleep for two nights during the family weekend at FSU that’s not super expensive and in close proximity to FSU, so it was okay. But I hope not to have to stay at this particular hotel in the future.

Place was clean but updates could easily make the rooms look better. New caulking in the bathroom and painting the outside doors. I was happy with the cleanliness though. Pool looked to be in great condition and all the staff were very pleasant.

Very old La Quinta that’s in dire need of updating. If you are used for staying a nice, new, clean La Quinta’s, this definitely isn’t one of them.

Definitely needs to be cleaner and they should remolded and cleaner
