We didn’t even spent the night there, parking lot was not even safe ! Police should have a station in this place!

Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HotelsHôtel bien situé, tout proche du centre ville, accessible à pied en une quinzaine de minutes (Capitol).
Hôtel vétuste, les extérieurs sont sales (poubelles qui débordent).
Check-in rapide, réceptionniste sympathique.
Chambre spacieuse, vieillotte, pas d'équipements (pas de frigo, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de shampoing ni d'après-shampoing...).
Literie +/- confortable.
Wifi présent mais signal très faible rendant son utilisation impossible, j'ai du partager ma connexion 5G de mon téléphone portable.
Pas de petit déjeuner, mais présence de café le matin à la réception.
Parking gratuit.
Nombreuses options de restauration et de shopping à proximité (à pied).
J'ai malheureusement trouvé 2 petits cafards dans la salle de bain...
Mis à part cela, au vu du faible prix de la nuitée (50€), il ne faut pas s'attendre à bien mieux, et j'ai quand même bien dormi ce qui est le plus important.

I kept having trouble with my room and the cleanliness so when I asked for new sheets they gave me a handful of stuff to switch out in my room. I left to get dinner and came back to my room completely stripped and moved to an even worse and dirtier room that smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. I got a partial refund but then she said I can have my reservation on the house because there was nowhere else I could go in such short notice at 10 pm but everyday till check out I kept being told 9 in the morning that I had to check out so I kept going back and forth to the office my entire stay because no one communicated with the front.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's conduct was unprofessional and irresponsible. A package delivered to the hotel, signed for by the front desk, was nowhere to be found when I went to collect it. My package was only located after I insisted on confronting the staff member in question, and by then, it had been opened. This raised serious suspicions about the staff's integrity, and I am convinced they are engaging in theft. My security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded within a week, was not returned. When I called to inquire, I was told they had "forgotten" to process it. After confirming the refund, I discovered that the transaction was reversed, and I am still waiting for my money. This behavior is nothing short of stealing from guests.
The housekeeping service was atrocious. The cleaning staff made excuses to avoid cleaning my room, often lying or pretending not to understand my requests. When they did clean, they were extremely inefficient, frequently taking several days to fulfill basic service requests. They spent most of their time video chatting with friends or family while on the job, which is completely unprofessional.
The hotel's facilities are in a deplorable state. The swimming pool, laundry machines, and dryers were all out of service during my stay, rendering them entirely unusable. The room I stayed in was infested with cockroaches, and the premises were dirty and poorly maintained, with flies buzzing around everywhere

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsGot laughed at when we were checking in "you want a room" ( i made reservations months ago). 2 drawers not even in dresser all broken. There was a I guess a stove it was black and so greasy. The tub floor had all thick green goo like there was a crack in the tub and they fixed it this way. The towels you could see through and all stained. If you want to get high just smell the air around the place. Grossest place ever. We left.
