The room with the exception of the sheets was good, the sheets had spots on them, there were no elevators, and the trash cans around the property were overflowing with trash.

No fridge or microwave in my room, which is damned inconvenient. A/C is hardly working; it's hot in here!

The room smelled like cigarettes. It was a non-smoking room . There was hair on the bed that wasn't mine when I first got there. The grips on the bottom of the bathtub or black and unclean. There was no microwave or refrigerator in my bedroom. When my key wouldn't work there was no one in the office to let me in to get a new key so I was just stranded outside. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The pictures were misleading.

Never been in a worse place in my life

I have been in plenty of hotels, motels and I never got somewhere that not only the room I have already paid for was double booked and already taken, but it was complete chaos in every way. We had to seat there for a good hour waiting and trying to sort it out, city was packed and no other hotels. When they finally say they are going to give me a room and hope that the other guest didn’t show up. We went upstairs, the property itself pretty dirty. The room door was stuck, we had to literally use our shoulders to open, we get in the room it doesn’t look like it has been clean properly, with half used soaps and empty bottles in the bathroom. Shower was broken, we were scared to open the valve and finish breaking and really not be able to sleep. Just awful. I honestly am not the one to go and trash a place publicly like this, but I think for $80 a night, I am not expecting an amazing room obviously, but at least clean and functionally sound and ready for me. That is the bare minimum.
