cet hôtel n'a pas répondu à nos attentes. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h et n'avons pu prendre possession de notre chambre qu'à 17h.30. De plus ma réservation mentionnait une chambre avec vue sur le lac et notre chambre donnait sur un parking.
Une porte de la salle de bain était cassée et ne pouvait se fermer

Apenas llegamos la recepcionista kiara no muy amable, ruda, nos encontramos con el sofá cama sin nada para dormir , pésimo servicio

This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was great, staff friendly, breakfast wonderful and the scenery was peaceful and lovely.
