Refrigerator was unplugged. Wi-Fi was not stable. The tub was clogged.

We do everything possible to ensure our guests are comfortable and safe and have the amenities they need when they check-in. As for the Wi-Fi, we are due to have an upgrade next year. I hope that when you return, all the issues you listed will have been addressed.

Great staff at front desk. Tad disappointed in the condition of the hotel, especially for the amount of money it cost for one night. However, it served its purpose and I would stay here again.

Overall it was just a terrible place. The lady checking me in wasn't very pleasant and the hotel had a very musty smell. They didn't provide wash cloths, the tub had a ring around it. They should probably shut down and renovate the whole place because it's pretty gross.

Not a pleasant stay

The property is dirty. The rooms are dirty and smelled like mildew. Spiderwebs in the inside of window. Killed 2 little roaches and 1 large roach.

Horrible

I want to sincerely apologize for your experience while staying at the Wyndham Garden Tallahassee. We are working hard to correct the issues and repairs we suffered during the recent Tornado. Things are almost back to normal, and hopefully, by the end of the month (August 2924), we will have them all completed.

Didn’t even stay because it was so bad
Posted Aug. 17, 2024 on HotelsIt was disgusting. We didn’t even stay. The hallways smelled like marijuana so thick we couldn’t breathe. The room was dirty. There was brown drippings on the walls of the bathroom. We left and got another hotel and are now fighting to get a refund.

I am sorry to hear about your stay and that you had issues. You never stopped by the desk and asked to speak with a manager about changing rooms. Had you stopped by the desk and asked to speak with a manager and explained the situation, maybe we could have found a way to accommodate you. However, you did not, and as such, I am not able to issue a refund. This is common practice throughout the hotel industry.
