The hotel was dirty, elevator was broken, our room ac flooded the floor, bathtub was dirty, very unsafe because people were outside at all hours of the day/ night that were hanging out in cars and all over the property. I don’t believe they were staying there. Our room smelled moldy and I couldn’t leave my clothes in the room due to that.

The elevator was broken and I had to use the stairs while carrying heavy luggage. The rooms and inner hotel surroundings were dirty and smelled terrible. The bathroom curtains had holes in them, absolutely nasty! A worker had to drain a juice machine into a bucket during breakfast, because the juice was terrible. I have worked with Wyndham for over 10 years, that’s why I picked to stay here. However, this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, all while it was for the occasion of my son’s college graduation. I expected comfort, but unfortunately I did not find it. This stay was not worth any penny. I have the photos to prove what I have said in this review.

I am sorry to hear about your stay. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down on Friday evening, and it was Monday before they could fix it. That is not what we want our guests to leave with. If you are ever in Tallahassee again, please contact me, and I will make sure you have a wonderful stay, and your room is what you have become accustomed to.

The staff is great, the room was adequate but not very clean. The wifi was very “spotty “ and not working at times, I called the front desk and they rebooted the system in order for it to work. Some guests were very disruptive at night to the point that police had to intervene and eject them. It was a very stressful stay.
