Good price for excellent location and design. Cleaning is one time a week, nothing in your room to take a coffee or tea, the bed thickness is quite small.

Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTout est géré par informatique , pas de problème de mon côté mais pour une personne qui ne parle que français ou ne maîtrise pas l'utilisation d'un écran cela peut poser des problèmes.Sinon il manque juste un écran TV.

Un séjour très agréable. L’accueil chaleureux et attentionné, une chambre comfortable et propre. L’emplacement à la fois proche de port, des quartiers modernes et de la vielle ville ! Juste parfait !

It's okay if you want a cheap-ish stay
Publié le 17 juill. 2023 sur HotelsFine hotel for a short stay and on a budget. It's as if there is no much staff, everything like check-in and check-out is on a digital kiosk - with a very bad UI. Being a techy person I can't imagine my boomer parents dealing with this. It's clean but basically no amenities, for instance, not a single bottle in the room, and only "coffee-style" plastic cups. The partner "Loulou" restaurant has very junior staff, with 0 sense of initiative, especially regarding the fact that hotel guests are eligible for discounted rates.

Just a warning : if you book this hotel on Expedia, and have to do the self check-in (if you arrive after 09PM) you will probably face the same problem that we did this month : to do the self check-in, you have to enter a special code that the hotel will send you the day before you arrive. However (and we don't know why), we never received this code and as we arrived at night, we had to wait 1h30 in order to finally be helped by someone of the hotel. Actually for the explanation, the hotel sent the code to the email adress of Expedia instead of our email adress. Which means that this hotel is probably not used to have reservations made via Expedia. Anyway, this error had the consequence to make us wait 1h30, exhausted during the night before the situation was solved. This issue put aside, our stay was great. But I put a bad grade because this issue was unacceptable.

Nevertheless, we always have our friendly Hosts at the hotel to assist you with anything you might need during the stay. Hosts can be called via the bell in the lobby which can be found next to the machines or make a phone call. When the room is booked through a third-party site, they automatically generate an email, which is the only email address we see. That is why the confirmation letter has been sent to this email.We hope this does not stop you from visiting us in the future! Hôtel type auberge de jeunesse moderne

Chambres petites minimalistes mais très confortables comportant un lit un vestiaire pour vêtements et une salle d’eau. Plutôt type auberge de jeunesse avec chambres individuelles. Salle de tv car pas de tv ds les chambres et salle de restauration avec cuisine frigo micro-ondes et tables pour manger. Très pratique finalement et très propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour finir
