Hôtel agréable dans un quartier calme
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HotelsSéjour très agréable dans un établissement offrant une large gamme de services. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien insonorisées. La situation géographique de l'hôtel excentrée est appréciable car le quartier est très calme. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, le centre ville et la vieille ville sont proches, même à pieds, car Tallinn est une ville relativement petite.

Hotel de tres beau standing, malheureusement le service au bar m´a ete refuser alors que j´avais prevenu de mon arrivé tardive et que j´avais demandé si il etait possible de me restaurer .
( Apres 23h00 local.)
A par cela cela reste un superbe hotel.

Thank you so much for your positive review. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay. Our lobby bar is open on the weekdays until 22:00, Fri-Sat until 23:00, Sun until 21:00 and our restaurant is open weekdays until 22:00, Fri-Sat until 23:00 and Sun until 22:00. However, after 23:00 it is possible to buy light food from the lobby bar (our receptionist normally would assist). In addition, we have 24/7 wine & tapas wine bar where you can buy strong beverages and a glass of wine from our innovative wine dispenser and enjoy it there or in your room. Wine card is available to buy from the lobby bar or reception. We do apologize for any inconveniences and hope that you will visit us again in the future.

Very nice place
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsI really liked this Hotel. Everything was clean and beautiful. The location is convenient to old town and shopping centers. Very quiet street. I would definitely recommend it to other people. The girl that checked me in Kat was very friendly and attentive.
There were 2 things that I didn’t expect:
You have to pay to check in early. Not a big deal but gave me a little bit of nickel and dime feeling.
They also left 2 free Vichi bottles of water that was very nice but I couldn’t find any bottle opener to open them.

For your future reference, there is a bottle opener inside each minibar, but we understand that not everyone might check there. To make things more convenient, we've now decided to place the openers in a more visible spot on the table, right next to the Vichy bottles.As for the early check-in fee, we appreciate your feedback. Our standard check-in time begins at 15:00, and starting from 13:00, we offer complimentary early check-in when possible. The interior was very modern and the room was very clean. The chocolate happy hour is a very good idea and I really enjoyed the chocolate buffet. The breakfast buffet left no wishes open.
The Spa area was also nice but there were no loungers to relax after the sauna.
