The desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but the staff at the breakfast room was not that much.
The room was perfect and very clean, the hotel is situated near a free car park because it was Sunday, and on Monday the couple of hours I needed were only 1,50 euros.
the swimming pool and the saunas were very nice too.

Spa hotel very near the port, easy access from the ferry: 5-10 minute walk. 15 min walk to the center of the old town. Easy 2 min walk to the #2 bus that goes straight to the airport.
Room: small but efficient and comfortable beds, clean linen. Good water pressure in the shower. Good WiFi.
Breakfast: reasonable choices, has a cafeteria vibe with a crowded atmosphere.
Nice lobby bar.
Main attraction is the enormous spa in the center of the hotel. Lukewarm swimming pools with various spraying water features and warm (not hot) tubs. Several saunas: steam, salt, Finnish, hamam: all shared both sexes allowed. The women’s shower area includes a private women-only Finnish sauna.

Overall the stay was ok but probably I’ve expected more from a hotel that is referred to as an ‘upscale’ one. Good location for port access. We did enjoy their spa.

Bumpy start
Posted Aug. 20, 2024 on HotelsAs we checked in we discovered that the toilet seat was dirty and the bedsheets were stained. The staff responded promptly and did a proper cleaning. Overall we had no other issues and all concerns were resolved in a proper manner.
