The check-in time was changed to 6pm (my flight arrived at 7pm). Impossible to contact the hotel to arrange my late arrival. No reply to my emails on the app, the phone number doesn't work. Finally I booked another hotel 24 hours before and they refused to refund me...

Hotel non più funzionante

Contattata l'assistenza, ci è stato detto che era necessario recarsi sul posto per constatare lo stato dei fatti. Arrivati sul posto, abbiamo preso atto che l'hotel è in bancarotta e, pertanto, abbiamo prenotato presso un'altra struttura. Siamo in attesa di rimborso da parte di hotels.com

Was unable to stay here because it was shut down.
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsDo not book this hostel, if you have a reservation here, cancel it ASAP, it has been shut down and Hotels.com is not notifying anyone. They certainly didn't notify me even though if I had checked the site a day before my stay, I would've seen a review that clearly stated the property had been shut down. I arrived to find the property completely shut down and locked and had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay at 6pm in the high travel season.
I sincerely hope Hotels.com prevents this from happening to others now that they've been notified of the closure multiple times.

I had my arrived delayed and then, had a paper in front of the door saying that the hostel was closed. So I had to booked another hotel in the last time to have a place to sleep.

Ble flyttet hit etter at hostellet jeg bodde på ble stengt på dagen. Det er et gammelt hus som kan virke litt avskrekkende ved første øyekast. Jeg var skeptisk i begynnelsen, men fant ut at det var rent og velholdt. Verten er ei veldig hyggelig dame som er behjelpelig. Det er et lite stykke utenfor sentrum, men bussene går hele tiden. Det er ca. 3 km fra gamlebyen. I nærheten er det noen kafeer og en døgnåpen bensinstasjon. Alt i alt et koselig sted å tilbringe noen dager på.
