We had no Wi-Fi in room 204, The password that the front desk said worked did not work even when proven to them. the phone did not work at all and had no dial tone. Half the lights in the room did not work at all. We had no breakfast as advertised through Expedia. The sheets had cigarette burn holes even though it was supposed to be a no smoking room. We asked for extra pillows but were given none with the excuse that they were booked up. (There was no body there.) We asked for a ground floor room because my sister was handicap, but we're given a second floor room in a hotel with no elevator. It had only stairs. The shower and toilet barely worked. The coffee pot had an old dried up used coffee pod and only worked one time. The tap water had to run before clean water would run through the rusty pipes. The refrigerator was on high but failed to become cold. And last, the air conditioner would not keep us cool and barely worked. We sweat all night. AFTER ALL THE THIS, We were given no discount at all.

The room and furnishings were very dated. The room and remote control could have been cleaner. In the area surrounding the hotel was sketchy as we kept an eye out for the person walking around.
