Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe villa is actually nicer than in the picture. Very comfortable and organized. Location is excellent very near the beach and restaurants but far enough from the busy downtown core.

Great trip
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of 8 with age ranges enjoy our stay very much! You are able to walk to shops, restaurants, ATV, surf lessons, catamaran etc within 1 mile. There is one main spacious house and two smaller apartments, but it has a common pool area. There was an iguana that greeted us! Would stay again. Thanks!

No AC for 2 days then bogus charge for ice chest. Beware!!
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe AC went out in the top apartment and they had to replace it. 2 days without AC in that apartment made it unusable. I requested a prorated refund with no response. They then charge me for a missing ice chest that their security guard used to take home fish that we gave him. Apparently he did not return it and they want to charge me for it. It's their employee!! They did not even call me to see what happened to it. They just charged my card and now I'm having to dispute it with my credit card company. Beware of staying in this location or any location managed by this company.

Great Family home
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat walkable location near beach suitable for several families. We had street parking but the overnight security made us feel very safe. Any immediate questions/issues were addressed quickly. The only real negative was a dishwasher that did not work very well. We found the pool to be a real necessity…enjoyed it and the inside/outside family areas.

Large Family Getaway
Publié le 9 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was a perfect fit for myself, wife, 17 yr old son, 15 yr old daughter, 9yr old son, 8 yr old son, 2 adult sisters, 2 more teenage nephew and niece, and my parents. Overall there were 13 in our group. The little ones loved the pool. The ocean is about a 4 minute walk down the street. The area is beautiful. Wilbur with blue zone was our driver a few times and was a literal lifesaver. Excursions are about 2 hours away for the good zip lines. We will be coming back, the property was beautiful!

Excellent property
Publié le 10 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayI really enjoyed this property except for one major issue (for me)….the internet is unusable for work purposes which would limit me coming back. Other than that the rooms are great, the house is well equipped and the pool is perfect for kids.

Anthony we are sad that the property was not as expected, we always try to satisfy our clients in all our condos and houses. We are surprised because since we started renting the house, we got only 5 stars reviews from previous guests, we are Premier host in this channel, and we have great comments in other platforms as well.
We sent your comments to the owner and the property manager for consideration, we are open to improving. We can get better day by day. Hopefully you can give us an opportunity in the future, and you can stay with us and have a great time in Costa Rica.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anybody that is visiting Costa Rica.
