Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayLe condo était spacieux et propre. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Balcon avec table pour manger à l’extérieur pour profiter de la vue. Belle piscine. Cadeaux très appréciés lors de l’arrivée! À quelques pas de la magnifique plage. Nous le recommandons!

If you want to stay in town, close to the beach and from the shops and restaurnats, this is it! Sunirse is the perfect place to stay at! You are right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from everything. No need to rent acar unless you want to explore our beautil area. If you decide to rent a vehicle, Sunrise offer s aparkain spot near each unit for free. There is also a 24-hour security on site and a beautiful shared and fmaily-freidnly pool.
The unit is confortable for families and freidns ans comes well equipped.

Beautiful Condo, Nice Overlook of Beach

Thank you for the 5 star review Jeff. Sunrise is certainly a great location, right in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach. Secure, with free parking, a nice pool area, the property is great for families with children or couples and friends. It comes fully equipped with a/c, cable tv, internet and laundry amenities.

Thank you for the nice review, Ken. Sunrise is a great property with the ideal location for a family with kids. Located din the heart of Tamarindo, it is an easy and quick walk to the beach and to the shops/restaurants.
The complex is secured with 24 security on site, a free parking area, and a nice shared pool. The condo 8 is on the 4th floor with view to the pool. Comes well equipped an very comfy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, internet, cable tv, air conditioning and laundry amenities.

Great location, super comfy
Publié le 7 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst off, the pictures don't do justice to the interior decorations. The paint is not that garish in real life, the orange and green will not burn your eyes out, and the surfboards mounted on walls with high ceilings look great.
The hosts left a little gift bag of coffee & wine to get started. I needed to go next the shop next door to pick up coffee filters & a corkscrew, but that was a minor detail.
The location is perfect for dawn patrol surfing or simply walking on the beach at sunrise. Easily walkable to restaurants, and quiet away from everything. There is dedicated parking & a guard house.

If you are looking for the perfect location in town, quiet and close to everything, this is it! Sunrise is located in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach and within walking distance from the shops and restaurants.
It is a gated community complex, with security on site the 24 hours, nice grounds, parking spots for every unit, and a beautiful kid-friendly shared swimming pool.
The condos are comfortable and cozy for families and friends. They all come equipped with air-conditionning, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer, and a kitchen.

Really good home base for Costa Rica vacation

It's not the prettiest town but has lots of food options. Condo isn't the most luxurious but it all works. Bunk bed in kids room is very high and doesn't have a safety rail or a ladder that we saw.

Michael, thank you for the nice review about your stay at the Sunrise condominium. Sunrise is located right in town, across the street from the beach, and ideal for walking everywhere without needing a vehicle. The complex has a 24 hour security on site, a nice shared pool and grounds.
The unit is not a luxury one, still very cozy for families and friends. Thank you for the note on the bunk bed. We will work with the owner to add a safety rail and ladder.

Excellent location and communication
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThere were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!

Sunrise is a gated community with 24 security on site, parking for each unit, and a nice shared pool. Condo #8 is a cozy familiar condo that is not luxury but very comfortable. It is located on a 4th floor with an elevator.

Beautiful Condo near the beach
Publié le 19 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this beautiful well appointed condo in April 2024. They left us yummy treats to enjoy which we really appreciated. The location is amazing. It is right across the street from the beach. It is centrally located so all the restaurants and shopping is right there. There is a grocery store steps away from the property. We rented a golf cart but truthfully didn’t need it. The view from the porch is amazing. We loved the pool. We could hear the howler monkeys every morning and saw them in the property on our last day.
