Thank you for your review Joel. Check in time is from 2pm. The activities open from 8:30 am. Guests are more than welcome to come to the property before check in time to participate. :)

The whole property is paradise! Tranquility at its finest! Also has so many activities for the whole family! The ultimate destination wedding!!! Loved everything about this place!

Loved the venue for the wedding we attended. The rainforest backdrop, the food and the staff were exceptional The room was very clean and staff extremely helpful The bathroom floor was slippery and the shower extremely slippery. Difficult for us in our 70s

The majority of the property is either closed or under repair due to tornado damage . dining only available Thursday onwards . No alternative available except the township itself . Rooms in the lodges are dated and in need of some internal repairs . Adequate

Hi Margaret, I am unsure of what you are referring to as being closed. All of our activities are operational aside from the Canyon Flyer, which unfortunately received significant damage in the recent storms. Selected activities operate over weekend periods, this information is clearly outlined on our website, as is our Rainforest Restaurant opening hours. Definitely best to check all this information prior to arriving to make the most of your stay. Thank you for your feedback.

Due to horrible weather and no access to property- your site giving to book this Cedar Lodge ??? There was access to property, no lights, Police closed all roads due to flooding and we stuck in middle without any Hotel booking , called to Cedar Lodge 10 times , no pick , left 5 messages , not single reply, we stuck with family in Jungle on Mountain road , its shame , asked them Refund , asap , still waiting, I am waiting your reply also . Firstly Sandeep, we were hit with a tornado on Christmas Day followed by a severe weather system on New Years Day which caused localised flooding and road closures. All of which were out of our control and unprecedent events. We were not contactable as you stated, due to all communications cut off and power being out on the mountain. Again, something we did not anticipate or have any control over. When staff were able to safely depart from the property we were then only able to begin communications with guests while being offsite. This unfortunately wasn't until 1pm on New Years Day. We understand that it was not an immediate communication, however the best we could do under the circumstances. As you had booked with Expedia, their communications were inconsistent with their guests and we have investigated this through them.
