Great location near resort
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOlder property, hard to find, located near all of the activities at Saddlebrook Resort. Interior is okay with small kitchen, multiple combined bedrooms. Exterior was messy with falling debris from trees and no covered patio or screened porch. Michele was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Location is perfect for quiet
Publié le 21 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is located at the back of Saddlebrook, and is very quiet spot. And there’s also a hedge that blocks the view from the road and makes it even more private. So that was very nice. The house has a lot of beds and can accommodate a very large party. We had only three people, but I could see if it would be a good price for a large group.
They must have installed a larger refrigerator or microwave than original because the way it is now you can’t fully open up the microwave door in the main kitchen to put in a dinner plate (it hits the refrigerator), but a bowl will *just* fit. For sensitive ears: The AC unit is older and noisy, which we solved by sleeping on the other side of the house. There was one nice mattress (meaning a newer, full thickness mattress, and bed springs) in the master bedroom. The rest are much older, very thin mattresses (some with “sag spots”) augmented with foam tops. For me, there wasn’t enough support for my back. But someone who doesn’t need the support could be fine with it.
The neighborhood is also nice for a jog, as well as for golfers.

Great for group of friends

Big disappointment
Publié le 29 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayFirst of all the house is located behind a bunch of shrubs, which made it very hard to find. Some of the rooms were very limited in space as well as the bathrooms.. My husband and I had a hard time showering in one of the bathrooms. At one point we didn’t have hot water, but we called owner and this was fixed immediately. Also, home location was super far from everything, so you must rent a car.. and we were unable to use community pool, which was very disappointing for my friends. Unfortunately, this property was a last minute booking due to previous property owner cancellation. So, I had limited options to choose from with my size party. But, overall Tampa is a gorgeous and fun city..
