Il est situé dans le quartier de Ybor et tout proche également de l'aquarium, de Busch Garden et du Zoo, ce qui est pratique.
Autour de l'habitation il y a des poules et des coqs ce qui nous fait donne un petit côté campagnard car se faire réveiller par le chant du coq en pleine ville n'est pas donné à tout le monde ;-)

The property was o.k., clean. There was an incident with the property manager, who I believe is the owner. Instead of trying to help with the matter, he argued, and made it seem like we were wrong, when in fact, we were just going off the pictures as advertised. It would not have even mattered to us except for the way he reacted and responded. We would not stay there again, not because of the condo but the actions of the manager.

Great base for Ybor Visit
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location for an Ybor City stay. It is only a couple blocks from the center of the action, yet it is far enough way to be quiet. Listing information was very accurate. Jimmy was able to accommodate a late check in for us.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great alternative to area hotels - TGH
Publié le 1 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy father was scheduled for major surgery and subsequent recovery at Tampa General Hospital. My parents live a 35-75 minutes drive from the hospital. To mitigate the hours-long round trip, I searched for alternatives to local hotels.
This condo fit the bill. The location was perfect. The private parking is convenient. The property is spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s within a short walk to the iconic Columbia restaurant. The Ybor City chickens are tolerable and part of the local charm.
The communication with Jim was clear and timely. I will definitely consider a staycation here in the future.

Our birthday stay

Light was so dim in kitchen we were unable to cook or even prepare coffee!!!! Hole in living room ceiling, people upstairs probably seen us from down below!!! Floor was dirty, my white socks were black
Very unhappy with our stay. Plus the window in back bedroom, the screen is broken & ready fall off!!!!!!!

The bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom lights operate on a dimmer switch that you control. Had you informed me about this concern, I would have been more than happy to provide instructions on operating the dimmer switches to your preference.
There was water damage on the ceiling that was caused by my neighbor's air conditioner / HVAC. The ceiling drywall had to be removed. There is absolutely no hole in the living room. I had already informed you about this ceiling situation before your arrival. We had begun repairs, and I even offered to send my team to complete the repair during your stay, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from you.
I deeply regret that the floor cleanliness wasn't up to your expectations. Please know that we take cleanliness very seriously, and if we had been made aware of this issue during your stay, we would have promptly sent our housekeeping team to readdress the floors.
Thank you for bringing it to my attention regarding the screen on the window. It is held by some clips which are easily reattached to the window. I wasn't aware of this issue until your review was posted and has been corrected for future guests.

Perfect location and homey
Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe arrived very late to this homey condo due to delayed flights and connections. This place is situated a very short walk to the lively happenings of Ybor City. I reached out to Jimmy to let him know of our late arrival, and he was very responsive and accommodating. My husband, adult son and I were very comfortable and felt relaxed within the "zen" vibe this gem gave us each time we arrived home from exploring the area. The showers are hot, though there is an issue with hot water flow from the sinks, which could be a concern for anyone doing any handwashing of dishes, etc. (There is a dishwasher, which we used without issue.) Shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels are provided, as is toilet tissue. All other toiletries, including soap, will need to be brought along with you. There was one washcloth and hand towel available to use, which we were grateful for since we forgot to bring one, as was advised in their description notes! Loved the location, with parking for 1-2 cars behind the building...would stay again!
