The host provided so many extras like dishwasher pods, Christmas decorations ,spices, lovely cookware, paper products and even fire wood for the fire pit!! Our family had so much fun in the pool, and we were blessed with beautiful warm sunshine!! Highly recommend this property it was perfect for our needs! Thank You Duncan Familt!

Short Vacation
Publié le 29 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a great location and great size home for a family of 4. House was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved such as a heater for the pool, better showerhead in the master bath or maybe adding a game room with more activities for the kids but overall it was great. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again whenever around in that area again!

Living Large in Lutz

Loved the backyard, pool, and hot tub as well as hanging out at the fire pit watching some football under the stars. Would absolutely stay again.

Actually not a catfish, at all.

Sure the pictures are technically accurate but if you could zoom in a little bit you would see some things you don't like. At this point I have come to expect and accept that. This place was pristine. It was everything the pictures showed and more. The pictures actually don't do it justice. I have never understood why people go back to the same place more than once, in my opinion it is always been preferred to go and explore new places every time. This one is the exception. I will be visiting this home again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house had all the requirements for a short stay. Kitchen could use more silverware, dishes and bowls. Coffee pot would be nice, otherwise it was perfect. Kids loved the pool and makes for good family time

Nice Location
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a great location, great size home. Some upgrades needs and things need attention. Property manager was very quick to response. Few things they can work on. grass was not cut when we arrived. AC had issues, pool needed cleaned and trash bins were already full when we arrived. There were very few towels, toilet paper. Overall it was a great home just need to pay closer attention to those details.

Thanks for insight. Unfortunately my yard personnel had passed away, so that’s why grass was cut 1 hr after your arrival. We leave 9 towels and 9 pool towels but maybe we can add more to comfort, but would’ve been awesome if you would’ve communicated so we could have taken care of needs during stay with mentioning toilet paper was low. We also have a washer and dryer with liquid soap available to all guest during stay. When you first arrived I reached out to you because I seen the AC temp was a bit high on my google app, given it was one of the hottest days Tampa had experienced in a long time but the issue eventually fixed itself. But I wanted to reach out to you so I can make you aware to please reach out to me if you noticed change in temp inside the home. As far as the trash bins, unfortunately you came during the July 4th so the trash company do not work on the holidays. I’ll take your response as a teachable moment for our next guest.

Backyard Paradise
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was clean and comfortable. The backyard was the best - pool, hot tub and cabana with TV. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying all it had to offer. Owner was very accessible and accommodating.
