Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOur ship never docked due to the hurricane and we had to cancel our room. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. This is not a good way to treat people that had to cancel due to no fault of their own.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you encountered with our hotel. While we are certainly sympathetic to your situation, it is the reservation policy to have 48 hour notice of cancellation with the reservation type you booked. Any cancellation received the same day as he arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Unfortunately your request to cancel this booking the day of your arrival, due to your cruise being unable to dock, did not qualify for a cancellation and refund. We recommend filing a claim with the cruise line directly or your travel insurance if secured at the time of booking. Again, we truly regret to disappoint, and hope to have the chance to host you so that we may better impress you with the wonderful experience so many of our guests love when staying at our hotel. All the best.

Never stayed because the cruise we were on could not come into the port of Tampa because it was closed due to the hurricane and the hotel would not cancel or refund
