La habitacion y pasillos con olor a cigarillo, cafetera dañada, no había telefono disponible. Pedimos comfort y toallas adicional y no habían disponibles. Se fue la luz, tuvimos que bajar las maletas a oscuras por las escaleras sin luces de emergecias disponibles. El desayuno fatal. En general fue una pesadilla para todos nosotros. Habíamos ido anteriormente y no sabemos que les ha pasado.

When we got there were two folks outside that looked really strung out which eventually snuck inside for the free coffee the parking lot had a few cars with just people sitting in them to really make you feel unsafe after checking in we took the elevator up which still had a cloud of pot smoke in it. Than we got to our room the door seemed damaged we walked into a strong pee smell my son was convinced it was a blood Stan between the two beds. Even with the door shut behind us and locked we did not feel safe plus now I am worried the rental car is going to be broken into. Most of the clientele looked like the might of just gotten out of prison.

I was very disappointed of the shape of this property. It was very dirty, all of my bed lines were stained. We also had mold on ceiling. The fruniture was dirty.

No towels in room. We asked for towels, a working TV remote and extra blanket. We were told they didn't have anything we were asking for. We had to buy our own bathing towels and blankets so we could shower in our 2 night stay. I also bought an extra bed sheet to cover molded sheets provided on the bed. I'll never stay here again

The property appeared recently renovated, but it seems worse for wear. Carpet was stained, lampshade and art work on the wall missing, cigarette burns on furniture. Breakfast ended before advertised and very limited. Not much around the hotel you can walk to. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the large room with pullout couch was nice.

Where do I even begin… If you are looking to stay near the stadium, DO NOT BOOK HERE. You’re better off staying next door. When we first got to our room we were greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom and the smell of smoke. The shower did not have a shower curtain and not one towel in the bathroom. There was no power in the room with the exception to the ac and bathroom. No tv, fridge, lights, outlets. When we spoke to The front desk person about the issue. We were told “well im the only one working and dont know how to work the breaker box so it will have to wait until tomorrow morning.” Spoke to the front desk person at check out regarding the issues and she gave partial discount and told me to reach out to Expedia since that’s where I booked.

Disappointing.
The room smelled liked mildew, the room was filthy, there was no warm water. The breakfast was minimal and they wouldn’t provide forks- when asked, they said we could use a spoon. When we checked in, there were many people outside smoking- pretty sure they were homeless.

Poor housekeeping we request a shower curtain from the day 1 we didnt get it until we check out no bathroom mat water all over the floor when we take a shower and no bath towel even we request,it so frustrating to get in the room key aint working need to go back and fort everyday to front desk to activate, room dirty for the 4 nights stay they only make our bed once not happy at all

Filthy. Puddle of blood and drips of blood on carpet in room, missing art with hangers still affixed to wall, vomit in parking lot and in hallway, pubic hairs in sink…. Absolute dump. Also, doubles as a homeless shelter. That should be advertised. Figured that out with the coin operated washer dryers instead of ice machines on floor. Meet a lovely couple passed out in their eggs at breakfast.
