Le staff en place très pro actif , le manque de navette entre l’hotel et l’aéroport est un irritant surtout que le taxis nous a vraiment escroqué , 28$ contre uber le lendemain à 9:19$ ...

I will say the check in was the only good part. Shortly after check-in, and a long travel day, I was undressed in my room lying on the bed when suddenly someone walked in. I had my back to them so I never saw them. I called down and will say they were
On top of it and did a key review of my door to see who could have entered. It was housekeeping. Hmmm. She clearly forgot to close the bathroom door to clean because there are 4 hairs and lots of dust behind it. Pretty gross. Dinner was ok. Breakfast was $42 with tip for a bowl of gross plain oatmeal, a plain begal and two oj's. Asked for it to go. Got to the room to find he didn't leave cutlery. Only cold plain gross oatmeal. We had to go down to get a spoon and sugar for the oatmeal. Overall very disappointing stay.

Would have been a full 5 stars if we'd been able to use the pool access, but they were resurfacing and didn't tell us at check in that we'd have to shuttle to use a pool. Staff was excellent and rooms very clean.
