Poor check-in experience
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsThe employee thatwas checking me in, he didnt think like he knew what he was doing. He pulled a virtual reservation with a las vegas address, then was going to charge me again and way more than I had paid with hotels.com, when he asked me to swipe my card. He kept referring to expedia, i told him that i made the reservation through hotels.com and it was already paid for. I had to show him my receipt on my phone. Then, he got his supervisor and everything got straight.

The reference to your reservation as Expedia is how it appears in our system, along with the Expedia address. Additionally, Expedia operates several other booking sites under its umbrella, which might have contributed to the confusion. I hope this clarifies things, and I hope you still had an enjoyable stay with us.
