I like the value of the property and Debra at the front desk was wonderful! I didnt like the hidden gees in a few areas. 1. Parking is $20 per day and I found out when given the parking permit. 2. $75 early check fee, when there was a room ready and available. 3. Continental breakfast eas $21.50 and i found out halfway through my meal. Will definitely stay again but I now know what to expect and will plan accordingly.

Property was nice, but expect to catch an Uber to get to the fun around the hotel as it is not walkable.

While our waterfront location provides beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, we understand that some of the nearby attractions may require a short drive. Many of our guests find ridesharing services like Uber to be convenient for exploring the local area. Needed to use it as a hurricane shelter but they withdrew at the last minute without warning where they should just not have accepted reservations leaving multiple clients scrambling to find alternatives at the last minute..,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. Due to the unpredictable nature of hurricanes, the hotel relies on local government evacuation orders to determine when and if a closure is necessary. In this case, we had to act quickly once the mandatory evacuation order was issued by the county, and we complied immediately as required by law.We did notify all incoming guests prior to the order that our hotel is located in an evacuation zone, so they could be aware of the potential risk. While we strive to provide as much notice as possible, the timing of these orders can sometimes be very close to the event itself. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and our primary concern is always the safety of our guests and staff.
