Everyone was nice and very polite and professional and the rooms were clean

they offer a shuttle , then don't pick you up ! left us in the rain for over one hour. Our property was damaged the manager refused to acknowledge the damage . The air condition in room, didn't work. There was a gas leak in the lobby where you have breakfast. HORRIBLE !

Old rooms not updated dirty rugs old bathroom !! Beautiful outside pool with a bar the only nice about the hotel n the lounge area but rooms are not good musty smell
