Parking is $12 a night plus tax. When I book the room, it was supposed to be included with the stay and when I arrived, I was informed that that’s not the case and I would have to pay what came out to $14 and change per night and that the parking lot is patrolled every two hours.

Upon arrival, rooms were not available. After finally checking in, the room provided was not the room reserved. When front desk provided a secondary solution, the room provided was unacceptable. It had mold on the walls and smell was ridiculous. The third room front desk decided to issue was even worse! The A/C was off upon entering, the carpet was soaked, the smell was horrible and the dining chairs looked like they still had vomit from a previous stay. My family and I finally made the decision to leave and not look back. We ended up not staying and drove home exhausted. I have never been so horrified when stepping into an EMBASSY SUITE. We specifically CHOSE when we had others to CHOOSE from

We checked in with Boris, he was amazing helped me to find another room when the hotel gave away our original reserved room. Boris was very friendly, diligent and respectful, he got me another room promptly with the needs requested as the first time.

Hetel was nice. It was convenient to where we needed to go. Staff was friendly. The entire breakfast crewn especially the ladies managing the seating area, were phenomenal. I wish I could remember the one lady's name. She was so helpful to my elderly parents that have mobility issues.

The bathroom tub was clogged, refrigerator was not working and when it started to work, it made a noise all night long. It was hot in the room and then cold. The temp in the room needs to be adjusted with all this going on, I got zero sleep and had to book another night elsewhere so I can rest to head back home which is 4 hours from here. They only thing I enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast which was good and the staff there ate very friendly

I called the night before my arrival to see if I could have an earlier checkin time, 2:00 instead of 4. The rep said that should not be a problem. When I arrived around 2 there were no rooms available due to cleaning. I was asked to put my name and phone number on a list of people waiting for early checkin and told I would be called when my room was ready. I was third on the list. I waited in the lobby area and around 3:30 other people were showing up for checkin. They went to the desk and rooms were starting to be given out. They were given out to those not on the list and just showing up. I went to the front desk and asked if rooms were being given out and the employee said yes. I asked her what about the people who were on the list and waiting for a call? I was told they were not using the list just giving out rooms to people in line. By that time many people were in line and I had to go to the back of the line after waiting an hour and a half for a call. This was handled poorly. The front desk should have made the calls to the customers on the list first before handing out rooms to those just showing up. Unprofessional and frustrating.
