The bar can be better stocked. The employees there a very nice and welcoming.

This property was very well maintained & was super clean for being a high volume customer location. Exterior property was good given that Hurricane Milton went through 6 days prior. Dangerous areas due to downed trees & fallen limbs were roped off with caution tape

We had a handicap room and the bed was very squeaky. Overall the room was very nice.

Way way below expectations…
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur Hotels1st room both beds were full of long black pet hairs. The blankets and sheets. The 2nd room smelled like strong mildew. The 3d room was dated but allowed us to rest.
I left my insulin in the fridge. It took over 6 hours to reach someone over the phone? I received a vm from front desk advising me I was still in my room 5 hours later after initial check out 12 noon.
All rooms should not be open to pets. Some humans are allergic to pet hairs and pay to stay somewhere clean

Great hotel near busch gardens....has breakfasts and a nightly snack option along with an in house restaurant.

Horrible, dirty, poor customer service hotel
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI have stayed in numerous hotels, and this was the worst hotel ever. This place is not clean at all. There were roaches crawling on the floor. I had an iron but no ironing broad, so I had to use one of our towels to place on the counter to be able to iron. And the worst thing that happened was, somehow the bathroom door Locked and I was unable to get into the restroom. I woke up at 3 o’clock in the morning to use the restroom and wasn’t able to get in. I called the front desk 13 times and no answer. I walked down to the lobby area at 3 o’clock in the morning to find out that both the side door and the front door were locked with a sign stating that if you needed assistance to call the number that I had already called 13 times with no answer. Luckily, I had another family member staying at the hotel that and I was able to use their restroom at 4 o’clock in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel at all. You will waste your money and their customer service was horrible. When I mentioned to them the experience I had all they could say to me was I’m sorry I’m sorry.
