Fast response from owner.A downfall was being able to hear the tenants in the other units.We would stay again for a football game.

The suite that we stayed in is excellent for guests who are on the move while visiting Tampa. Easy access to the expressway, restaurants and sites to see and experience. The suite is clean, fresh smelling and climate comfortable. The hammock and backyard setting is a fantastic atmosphere for relaxation.
Communication with Mrs. Maria is at a standard that should be modeled and replicated by businesses globally. The communication and service provided by this team made a surprise birthday vacation for my wife memorable. Things needed to prepare for our visit were handled while we were still thousands of miles and days away.
When returning to Tampa, FL, we look forward to returning to these suites. Thank you Mrs. Maria for a phenomenal experience.
