passage papoue un coucher . très belle accueil les chambres sont propre . seul inconvénient c’est que ça sens la bouffe car les gens cuisine dans leurs chambre . mais rien de majeur.

Super pour une étape
Publié le 28 déc. 2022 sur HotelsHotel très bien pour une étape d'une nuit, suffisamment confortable, l'accueil a été correct, petit déjeuner simple mais bon.
Revoir la propreté des espaces communs surtout l'ascenseur. Il y a des offres de restauration à moins de 5 minutes de l'hôtel.

No guest at our reception! We need to call at a number to get someone. After a couple of minute of waiting someone apears with a really bad mood… he was unhappy that we show up at 3am, he said that we re not suppose to check in at 3am in hotel because apparently he was cancel our reservation without any question at us. Finally we are able to check in after our trip of 25 hours of car. At the room, the room was ok but not clean as the picture we saw at the website.

The property was very dirty. The carpets were stained and smelled like mold really bad. The inside of my room was not clean. There was hair in the shower hair in the towel. Do not recommend this place.

I was there for 5 days and cleaning never came in. There were excessive stains on rugs, hall rugs were also stained. The furniture and walls were in terrible condition with rips, tears and dents in walls. Breakfast on the go, what breakfast
