Property is safe & quiet . Breakfast was $12.95 per person same items as any free brekfast at other hotels so we skipped it .

The stay was uneventful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff did not clean the room once the entire stay. When we got back to the room for the 2nd night the room wasn’t cleaned. No fresh towels. No refill on the coffee. When we called we were told they clean every other day. Strange a Hilton hotel having that policy, but Okay after Covid a lot of things changed. When we returned for the 3rd night stay again the room was not cleaned. Again no fresh towels nothing. I went back to the hotels listing and was not able to see any policy on house keeping, nor did the front desk staff At check in attempt anything. I don’t remember getting any a special rate or agreeing to stay in a hotel that does not clean the room each day.

Never expect that from Hilton
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsI scratched my leg with the metal hook that was sticking out from under mattress frame. When I made a complaint to receptionist she was “very nice” and offered bandaid for the 3 inch scar on a leg, and offered to change a room at 3 am.

We are deeply sorry that your bed had that issue. We do our absolute best to ensure that each room is inspected so that we catch those types of issues. If something is missed and a guest lets us know, as you did, we immediately put that on our list to improve so that it doesn't happen again or become an issue for any other guest. Our top priority is the happiness and safety of all our guest. Thank you for bringing that to our attention when you did because no matter the time of day, we want to be sure as a guest you're cared for, given a room that is more comfortable for your stay.

Family friendly location with restaurants at walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the activities we planned. Nice and quiet environment.
