3 days I complain to from desk, ice machine was not working!!!! I had to go buy a bag of ice for my cooler And drinks. Like they’re will fix it when they can get to it. Hotel with no ice unbelievable. Shameful room 1005 From 9/11 to. 9/15. Betty Hernandez

We had a fantastic stay. Visited for a Buccaneers game very close to stadium. Room was excellent and very clean . The Staff front desk and lounge/bar was very professional and if I could give 10 stars I would. If you are coming to visit especially for a Bucs Game this is the place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and the area around has fantastic food and drink.

Bar/lounge area was nice. Would prefer higher back bar chairs though.

The staff was pleasant, polite and attentive. Love the air deodorize was pleasant. The toilet was quite low and the bathroom small. Wish the transportation to the stadium was extended and frequent.

The property charges for parking that is in their grounds seems a little excessive and it is not cheap
