I had one of the best stays ever here! My room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options. ALL of the staff were amazing! Kind, helpful and attentive. The area felt very safe and you can walk to malls and to eat. I have friends in the area and I very much look forward to visiting again. Thank you for such a great stay!

I think new ownership????
Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsWe have stayed several times for my mom’s treatment and Drs apppts. We like its proximity to restaurants and close access to 75 without being downtown. Prior stays have been very good, but this last stay was just off.
Things were missing from each of our rooms. Not as clean as before either. Simple items like mugs for coffee and shower mats- I asked housekeeping to provide only they don’t speak any English, so we had to get creative to communicate. iDK, they were nice enough.
Also, I called to get adjoining rooms the night prior to check in, told to call back in the morning only to be placed on hold for over 20 min. When we arrived they could only find rooms next to each other rather than adjoined rooms, which was fine but I feel that could have been sorted night before as it was also noted on reservations.
I feel like corners are being cut at this hotel and not in a good way. Wouldn’t stay again- will try another in the area next time around.
