The wi fi wasn t functioning and nobody could resolve the problem.

Pas de cafetière dans les chambres, chambre devant un mur de ciment ( aucune vue sur l'extérieur sauf le mur)
Tous les contenants et ustensiles sont en styromousse non-recyclable. Très décevant comparé à d'autres hôtel de la même chaîne ailleurs.

L’ascenseur fonctionnais pas les planchés était mal propre dans les corridors pas lavé depuis des semaines et pour terminé il y avait des coquerelles dans notre chambre. Nous avons demandé un remboursement et avons quitté !

There were mosquitoes and little flying insects in the room. The AC units are constantly dripping water onto the walkway potentially causing an accident and I didn't like that it was an outdoor exit hotel. The beds weren't very comfy and the breakfast lacked a lot. It was close to Bush Gardens.
