The hotel was old and very "tired". Needs a complete rejuvenation. But it was very clean.

This hotel is horrible. Overall quality was unclean. When I arrived at the property no one informed me the Wi-Fi was down. When I inquired I was told the manager was working on it. It was clear no one was working on it. I was then informed I could bring my device to their office to use their WiFi. The television in the room did not work properly. Staff came up to fix it then it worked. There was no hot water in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink. Lastly the elevator had turbulence every time it went down. Do not stay here

very nasty bed bugs in the bed and coach bed tv is in and out!!

Great location to the Tampa fairgrounds for walking to a concert. Other than that it is a zero stars.
The electricity wasn’t working for breakfast for coffee, waffles or anything. And the fridge wasn’t cold holding the food items.
Our bathroom was horrific. Rusted out bottom to the tub, calcium acting as a plug - gross. The ceiling has huge water mark stains and room was musty. Walls were patched from some sort of hole issues and not painted. Back door to hotel doesn’t latch and people were just gaining access without a key. So safety is a failure.

Just an average place convenient to the fairgrounds. Not the cleanest and bed was not comfortable.
