Employees were helpful. Breakfast was good. The beds were super uncomfortable but I kind of expected that. The carpet in the room was filthy and the room smelled, very humid/musty. I don't think this is the fault of the cleaning ladies. The hotel needs to invest in new carpets. The carpets everywhere were filthy: in the room, the hall, the breakfast area, etc. The location was good, less than 10 min from Busch Gardens, but next time I will stay somewhere else.

This hotel needs a remodel. The carpets are stained. The shower isn’t great.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable. Everything else about the hotel is not great. It needs a major refresh of carpet, furnishings and bathroom remodel to bring it up to date. I would not recommend staying here.

This place is by far the worst and most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. After my first night I woke up with bed bug bites all over. I threw away all of my belongings incase any of those things got into my bags. I will never stay there again. I do not recommend anyone to stay there. This place should be closed down.
