Your staff was amazing from shuttle drivers to the front desk, I really couldn’t ask for anything better.

The room was in good condition, the bed was comfy. Overall, the hotel did exactly what I needed, namely: gave my wife and I a place to sleep after a concert and before jumping on a plane the following morning.

Booked a stay Labor Day weekend place was nice and clean room was spacious and nice shower and spectacular view .

Our fist night at the hotel

We booked this hotel because we were in town for a youth soccer tournament and let me say this was One of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve ever had. We had to get escorted up to our room every time we needed to get in — sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes before anyone was available . This was due to a software issue where no keys were able to be made . The ice machine on floor 10 did not work to fill up soccer jugs, so we tried getting ice downstairs are the lobby cafe . That worked once but ran out throughout the weekend and was directed to the restaurant, however no body was around to assist , so we gave up. Breakfast was horrible . I spent 78 dollars on basically a bowl of fruit for four people because no body could eat the food . While the room first appeared clean, we ended up finding dirty socks on the ground and candy trash from the previous guest . The employees that did take care of us were very nice however, probably the only positive thing I can say . It seemed to me the same three employees, and looking back I wish I got names to single them out as great .
Won’t be coming back to this hotel next time we are in Tampa, probably won’t even give marriot in Tampa another opportunity.
