Featuring a Germ Guardian True HEPA Filter Air Purifier with UV Light Sanitizer, Eliminates Germs, Filters Allergies, Pollen, Smoke, Dust Pet Dander, Mold, and Odors.

Our BNB is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near nightlife, nice restaurants, beaches, shopping malls, Busch Gardens, and more! Just outside the sliding doors (your private entrance) is a screened in private swimming pool with a covered seating and sun bathing area. All for your personal use, during your stay. A full sized refrigerator with food and drinks, stocked mini bar (complimentary for our guests to enjoy), flat screen tv with HULU, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, small BBQ pit (outside). The private room also includes private bathroom with double vanities, indoor and outdoor dining areas, black out curtains, comfy queen sized bed and fold down full size sofa. Beach umbrellas, beach bags, cooler, and beach towels are also in room for your use. There is a ceiling fan in room as well as an oscillating pedestal fan available for use during your stay. You are also greeted with fresh fruit, and a welcome basket! Please be our guest!!
Now we also have carbon monoxide detectors at the property! Smoking area available outside of sliding glass doors, underneath covered outdoor seating area (free standing ashtray nearby). No smoking permitted in room.

Absolutely Wonderful and Exceptional!!!
I apologize for the way late review. We stayed from 12/21 - 12/27. Let me say that this host went above and beyond for everything. Anything that we would want or need was provided. Including food, snacks, drinks, alcohol, paper goods, even paper/ pens for playing games. There was even a small Christmas tree set up in the corner. There was also a sign welcoming us to the property with our name. It was definitely like home. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool due to it being too chilly for us, but it looked inviting! On the 1st night, I messaged about possibly turning up the heat because I was cold. Less than an hour later, I got a message saying there was a brand new space heater in front of our door. I have the greatest respect for this host. My husband and I had the best time. Thank you so very much for making us feel at home! We would 1000% stay again.

Absolutely worth it but a bit misleading.
The property was extremely nice! Room was great there was a fridge full of food that was amazing! Coffee, alcohol, teas etc. The only issue was that the room is attached to the owners house so it was a bit awkward but throughout our stay we didn’t hear anyone and nobody bothered us it was lovely! So overall rating definitely a 10/10 if you don’t mind being a door away from people.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway
Room was clean and the bed was pure perfection. So comfortable to sleep on. Refrigerator well stocked and they even asked if there were items I eat everyday that I would want. Host always asked if I needed anything. I enjoyed the pool everday I was there. You will not go wrong staying here. Short drive to beach. This is a 5 star VRBO much better than a motel

Wonderful property
This property is in a very nice neighborhood. It has so many amenities and is stocked with everything you need for it to be a home away from home vacation spot. It is convenient to shopping areas, Tampa, and the airport. The private pool is wonderful. The owners have stocked the room with simple breakfast foods so you can grab a quick breakfast when you get up without having to go out for breakfast. They have tried to think of everything to make your stay stress free. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tampa.

Comfortable Stay
We were so happy with our stay at Beach More Worry Less. Our private space was clean and comfortable, and was convenient to many Tampa area stores and sights. We often just spent time relaxing around our pool/lanai. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and communicative. Their special touches upon arrival--a gift basket, wine, food, a personal welcome sign and relaxing music--were so appreciated. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Everything was good except for checking in reading the instructions that was written it told me that my entrance was next to the American flag and there was no flag outside so I actually walked around the property a couple of times trying to figure out which door to go into and then I finally saw like a flag holder on the side of the building so I tried that door. The only other real problem was trying to lock the door when I was leaving there's not much room to turn the lock to get it locked and unlocked but otherwise not everything was fine.

Excellent Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach More, Worry Less guest room. I greatly appreciated all the supplies like the full medicine cabinet, waters, snacks, extra pillows and plenty of towels! The instructions for getting in were very thorough. I highly recommend this host because they truly care about making your stay problem free and enjoyable.

Wonderful rental property! The hosts made me feel welcome with fresh flowers, fruit and some yummy muffins. the room is very cozy and having access to sit outside by the pool was amazing. felt very safe and would definitely recommend this rental for any single women for the safety aspect and comfort. Just wish one thing, that I could have stayed longer. thank you !!

Perfect Place for Single Traveler
Since I travel alone I wanted a place where I felt safe and this home fit the bill! Very nice with a private entrance and a pool that was wonderful! And a nice, quiet neighborhood. Anything I needed was within walking distance (1 mile) and a small but nice beach 15 minutes away. There is no kitchen but I used paper/plastic ware; there is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Plus added little treats too! I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!
If you’re in the fence of booking this or a hotel, book this immediately!!! The location is great, not too far from anything. What really makes this place special though is the host! They have thought of everything! Seriously, if you forget anything the chances are pretty good they’ll have it somewhere in the unit. They provide food/snacks/water on top of everything else in the unit. It truly is amazing what they provide for the small amount they charge. We will definitely stay again!!

If you’re staying by yourself, this place is perfect! Tons of amenities, fridge, microwave, coffee, and pool! My only complaint is that the bed caves in in the middle and is terribly uncomfortable for 2 people. My husband slept on the bed and I slept on the futon (also uncomfortable) Other than that it was great!
