The property was clean my room was nice and large and clean. The staff and cleaning crew were very nice and accommodating. I hate that it rained the first day I was there and a little chilly for Tampa. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the beautiful courtyard.

The front desk guy had no idea what he was doing. The elevator is out of service which a violation against ada requirements. The restrooms were gross, shower drain was clogged.

The landscaping and the courtyard in the middle were really nice. The renovations that were done last year are of very poor craftsmanship. The pictures were deceiving.

Stole my safety deposit
Starting with the check-in, our stay at this hotel has gone downhill. The young ladies at the desk did not seem to know what they were doing. We ended up getting charged safety deposits on 2 credit cards and when they said that the machine was not working, they took a cash deposit from us. Thankfully the 2 credit cards have been refunded but our cash has gone missing! When we checked out Sunday morning the young gentleman could not find it anywhere. We were on our way to catch a flight back to Canada so he sent us on our way, promising to refund it on my credit card. The refund still hasn’t been issued. I called on Monday and was promised that the manager would get in touch with me. That never happened! Called back on Tuesday, manager is conveniently not there once again so I was told to call back in Wednesday. This is extremely unprofessional! I’d really like my deposit back!
