Great location, quiet, love the porch
Publié le 16 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall this is a great place to stay. Two suggestions. Better instructions for the TV/cable. Figured it out but only because I have had Spectrum in the past. A short note would help others. The kitchen equipment needs replacing. One good set of pots and pans plus some plates/bowls would make a big difference. One or two decent knives. Other than those issues I was very happy.

Comfort and Convenience
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived and had one issue, but our host was very quick to take care of the problem. I was very impressed with her care and compassion for our comfort. The location is perfect. There is a Publix, Walmart, Starbucks and eatery, in a 5 minute drive away. I did bring some baking tools and was able to bake cookies, granola and other tasty treats with ease. We love that there is a dedicated traffic light at the entrance/exit to this safe community. The condo was more than we wanted to pay, but it worked so well for us. In fact, we have already scheduled a future stay.

home. We spent every evening on the back porch listening to the water fountain out in the pond! Our hostess was amazing and so kind. We definitely will come back!

Nice Villa in Saddlebrook
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Jacqueline’s villa. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable with pleasant views from the screened in porch. We also enjoyed the golf and tennis facilities in the Saddlebrook Resort. (This is not included with rental)

Wintering in Florida

If you cook like I do, you will need to bring your favorite toys to cook with, like knives, wood cutting board,non-stick skillet. There are stores to shop for food near by. Plenty of golfing and a 1 1/2 hour to the gulf. Traffic is a consideration. Don’t be in a hurry. We would rent again but would be better prepare to bring our stuff with us.

Publié le 2 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stay from December 30th-February 2nd and will return February 11th-March 2nd. We winter in Florida and play a lot of golf. This condo is in a golf resort but there are courses more reasonable around.
If you like to cook I suggest you bring your favorite knife, cutting board and spices. Otherwise, this kitchen is doable. There’s a Walmart and Publix very close and a few nice eateries. I like to cook so eating out is infrequent.
We would come back. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. If you are a swimmer like me, the East Pasco WMCA is close by.

The apartment was as described. Clean, spacious and located in a nice development. Local shopping within minutes. The extra bonus was the screened in back patio facing a beautiful lake. Great to relaxin the mornings while drinkinb your coffee.
We will definitely stay hwre again while visiting my daughter in Wesley Chapel.

Wonderful Property

It is in the Saddlebrook resort and the homes’ surrounding area is quiet, beautiful and clean. The home is decorated well and is super comfortable. The large patio is a dream for watching birds and butterflies. The kitchen is fully appointed and the home has a laundry room. Look at the pictures.They tell the story. Can’t wait to go back.
