Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayConvenient to the arena. If you know Tampa there are mixed neighborhoods but we felt safe the entire time. The unit was very clean and great for having a place to rest on the go during conference hours.

Location beware
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe inside of the home is really nice. The uard us shared space with two other rentals and the neighborhood is very unsafe. We left after one night. The owner worked with us give us back some monies but not much. Caution outside space and location not as they appear.

The photos are not altered. There has never been a safety issue at the property. Exterior cameras, Adt alarms, security lights and fenced in. I’m not sure what you were unhappy with although I asked several times because nothing happened to you for me to even address. You were very evasive for your own personal reasons. I wish we were able to make your one day stay more enjoyable but apparently there was nothing that we were able to do. Continue to have safe travels. We appreciate our guests and try our best to ensure that they have an enjoyable stay.

Getaway to Tampa
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySuper cute house with all of the amenities you need to enjoy Tampa. All the floors and bathrooms were very clean. Lots of light. Large den/living room to hang out together. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Neighborhood was very quiet. Easy parking in driveway. We only had 4 in our group but it would easily accommodate more.

Updated house with lots of space

However, there are 3 properties on the lot, and we could hear noise late at night from the other properties. The neighborhood is not the best. While we felt pretty safe, there’s a variety of homes in the neighborhood and the surrounding area appears to be lower income.

Perfect family stay
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was exactly as advertised- while clearly renovated, every room had a thoughtful component- laundry baskets, lamps, dressers to unpack, extra toiletries, coffee for the coffeemaker (I totally forgot to bring some), laundry and dish detergent, the list goes on. The house was well decorated to feel like home and the game room (as the kids called it) kept the littles very happy and occupied. We would absolutely happily stay here again.
